Our Team
At Piccolo, we believe that the heart of a great preschool is its people. Our team is made up of passionate, caring, and qualified educators and administrators who are dedicated to creating a safe, joyful, and enriching learning environment for every child.
All our teaching and non-teaching staff are regularly trained to stay updated with the latest in early childhood education. They are well-versed in the Montessori method and aligned with Piccolo’s core philosophy of respect, independence, and holistic development.
Our Visionaries
Chairman, Mr Baldev Raj
provides exceptional leadership and strategic direction to ensure the organization remains aligned with its vision and values. With his expertise and guidance, he plays a pivotal role in policy development, ensuring that the preschool maintains a nurturing and enriching environment for young learners, fostering their holistic development.
Founder & Managing Director, Mr Anmol Arora
is a visionary leader with a strong foundation in business management, acquired from UCLA. His passion for early childhood education, combined with his entrepreneurial drive has been instrumental in the successful establishment and growth of Piccolo. Under his guidance, the preschool has become a premier educational institution, committed to providing a nurturing environment for children.
Director Academics, Ms Gurpreet Chadha
is a certified Montessori educator with over 17 years of experience of heading many reputed institutions, she has also undertaken many batches of Training teachers in Montessori Philosophy and Child Development.
Director Operation and Marketing, Ms Prerna Rraichandani
is a committed Montessorian with more than 20 years of experience in setting pre schools as well as brand development. She’s been committed to transforming early education into a community that celebrates childhood and early learning.
