Pre Nursery Learning Goals
At this stage, learning happens best through play, exploration, and gentle guidance. We focus on building confidence, independence, and social skills, while nurturing curiosity and love for learning.
Practical Life Skills
- Learn simple everyday tasks like washing hands, tidying up, and feeding themselves
- Develop independence and responsibility from an early age
- Practice sharing, waiting turns, and using polite words
- Build focus, coordination, and confidence through hands-on activities
Language Skills
- Learn through rhymes, stories, and songs
- Develop vocabulary by naming objects, animals, and everyday things
- Introduce phonics and letters
- Introduce picture books to build love for reading.
Sensorial Exploration
- Explore colors, shapes, textures, sounds, and sizes through Montessori materials
- Strengthen observation and thinking skills
Mathematics
- Recognize basic shapes, colors, and numbers
- Develop early problem-solving through matching, sorting, and sequencing
Cultural Awareness & Environment
- Learn about animals, plants, weather, and festivals in fun, age-appropriate ways
- Encourage curiosity about the world around them
- Practice caring for nature — watering plants, feeding birds, etc.
Physical Development (Sports & Movement)
- Enhance motor skills with running, climbing, balancing, and ball play
- Learn coordination through fun movement games and yoga for little ones
- Build strength and confidence through outdoor activities
